Refund policy
Our products can only be returned if they are broken or spoiled upon delivery. Shipping is free for eligible returns. Exchanges are only valid if the product is broken; we do not offer exchanges for any other reasons.
Conditions for Return
If some or all of the products are broken or spoiled when they are delivered, you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the entire parcel or only the affected products for a refund.
To initiate a return:
- You must notify us of all products due for return within 7 days of delivery by email at info.theoudinaire@gmail.com.
- Returns must include the item in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at info.theoudinaire@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Exceptions
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened and used.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
For any returned products collected by our carrier, please use the original box to avoid further damage, if possible.
If you don’t notify us that you wish to cancel your order before shipment and later decide to return it, a £5.00 charge will apply.

- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and proof of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
