Enjoy Free Delivery on qualifying orders:

UK Orders: We offer free shipping on all orders over £150. We deliver to any location within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles.

Perfume Oils

UK:

EU: Standard (7 to 20 business days): £9.99

International: Standard (7 to 25 business days): £11.99

Perfume Bottles (Only available within the UK)

Please Note: Due to restrictions, we do not ship perfume bottles outside of the UK. Perfume oils, however, are available for international shipping.

For next-day delivery, please place your order before 2 pm (Monday - Friday) to ensure timely processing.

I haven’t received my delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If you wish to receive your order using special delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm.

We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Special delivery orders received after Friday 2pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

Please bear in mind during busy periods, couriers might have a slight delay when delivering packages.

My items have arrived damaged

At The Oudinaire, we always try our best to package your items securely, so they are not damaged in transit. However, sometimes they might suffer some damage whilst on their way to you.

Please do not dispose of any packaging as you may be asked to return or provide pictures.

What items can I return?
